Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
We do try our best to process your orders ASAP as we know how excited you are about your purchase! All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped out via via Ninjavan/Singpos. Delivery time ranges as stated:
- Domestic Delivery: 3-5 working days
- International Delivery: 7-14 working days (depending on the country)
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We got you covered with traceable parcel shipment to ensure your parcel reaches you safely! Our doorstep courier (via Ninjavan/Singpost) is at S$4 for every order or free for orders above S$75.
We do try our best to retrieve any lost parcels but we are not liable for 3rd party damages/loss.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipments are sent via SingPost. International postage fees incurred are to be covered by the buyer at:
- S$20 (Malaysia & Indonesia)
- S$35 (Rest of Asia)
- S$50 (Rest of the World)
Any transaction fees regarding currency exchange rates are to be absorbed by the buyer. Taxes and duties are to be paid for by the buyer as well. We are not responsible for any additional charges faced by the buyer during shipment to allocating countries.
